The House Crowd was founded in 2012 by Frazer Fearnhead and Suhail Nawaz.
All of the investment products (including property development investment and our Innovative Finance ISA) you see on our website, are secured by UK property assets. To date, our members have collectively invested more than £103 million through our crowdfunding platform. In 2018, we were honoured to be awarded best UK peer to peer lending platform by Shares Magazine. By pooling our investing power in this way we can achieve a rate of returns previously reserved for banks and institutional investors.
