Participatory real estate investment takes the form of a bond issued by the real estate developer. Investors subscribe to this issue by lending to the promoter to enable it to accelerate its development. Once the program is built and sold, the real estate developer can see its margin and repay the investors, at the end of the bond contract.
THE CHARACTERISTICS OF THE BOND ISSUE
The bond has a maturity date at the time of fundraising , usually 12, 18 or 24 months (sometimes with an additional option of 6 or 12 months).
